Second Paradise Retreat
The main event will be taking place on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 4:00pm. We would like everyone to join us at Second Paradise for a brief ceremony and casual evening bbq.
From Halifax: Take Highway 103 towards the south shore. Take Exit 10 towards Mahone Bay/ Lunenburg.
Turn right at road sign and head east on Route 3. Drive through Mahone Bay, past the famous three churches and veer left at the monument. Stay on Route 3 until you see Second Peninsula Road on your left. Turn left on Second Peninsula Road. Follow Second Peninsula Road for approximately 6km. Turn right at Mosher Road and you have arrived! Approximate driving time 1hour 15 minutes.
From Halifax Airport: Take Highway 102 heading south towards Halifax/ Dartmouth. Take Exit 3 towards Hammonds Plains/ Highway 213. Turn left on Highway 213, heading east. When the opportunity presents, veer right onto Highway 103 towards Hammonds Plains/ Yarmouth. Take Exit 10 towards Mahone Bay/ Lunenburg. Turn right at road sign and head east on Route 3. Drive through Mahone Bay, past the famous three churches amd veer left at the monument. Stay on Route 3 until you see Second Peninsula Road on your left. Turn left on Second Peninsula Road. Follow Second Peninsula Road for approximately 6km. Turn right at Mosher Road and you have arrived! Approximate driving time 1 hour 30 minutes.
